Following the development, the 2012 &#8211; 2013 TNM Super League Best Defender is free to join another team as a free agent.<\/p>\n<p>Nyirenda signed a twoyear deal with the Castle Lager Premier league side alongside Ishmael Thindwa from Epac and Gerard Phiri Jnr, then of Be Forward Wanderers.<\/p>\n<p>However, Nyirenda decided to make a switch after accusing Caps of failing to fulfill some of the conditions which were stipulated in the contract.<\/p>\n<p>He said after Christmas holiday, he returned to Harare to discuss with Caps officials about his intention to terminate the contract.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI talked to my officials last year about my intention to leave the club. They claimed that they could not let me go as the league was in progress and we were chasing the championship,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Nyirenda arrived in the country on Monday, and he has expressed his desire to rejoin the TNM Super League champions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCaps are a good side, but I have to move and look for another club.
