However, our executive committee is yet to decide,\u201d Mwenda explained.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Civo have given Bullets and Wanderers a pre-condition of cash-only payment for the transfers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe players also have a final say on where they want to play next season.
