Former Forward Mighty Wanderers reject Innocent Dzimbiri, has found refuge at the Nomads\u2019 rivals Big Bullets.<\/p>\n
The TNM Super League defending champions are also set to welcome former striker Sankhani Nyirenda who returned from Mozambique.<\/p>\n
Both players have been training with the team as officials try to meet their personal terms.<\/p>\n
The pair had stints with Bullets but they left club in search of greener pasture.<\/p>\n
Nyirenda left the club some years ago and is reportedly to have been released by his Mozambican club while Dzimbiri, who ditched Bullets for Wanderers, was also axed at Nomads before the start of this season.<\/p>\n
Bullets general secretary, Harold Fote, said the pair could make wonderful addition at Bullets, who seek to defend the TNM Super League championship.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe started courting Sankhani Nyirenda after Jimmy Zakazaka started behaving awkwardly. We knew that Zakazaka will not be with us so we were looking for alternatives. Dzimbiri was released and so far he has impressed. We are currently discussing with the players on their personal terms,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
The Bullets GS said they were still waiting for Nyirenda\u2019s clearance from his Mozambican side.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe can\u2019t seal anything now because we don\u2019t know whether he has been released yet by his club in Mozambique. It\u2019s unlike Chiukepo Msowoya who came with the clearance,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Fote said they were determined to make the most of the squad this season.<\/p>\n
