Available in 25 litre gallons, the cooking oil is being sold in sachets at prices ranging from K40 to K2,800.<\/p>\n<p>The Daily Times on Wednesday visited markets in Mbayani, Chirimba and Ndirande where sellers said they prefer selling the foreign brands because they are cheaper as compared to the locally manufactured ones.<\/p>\n<p>James Mazuwa, a trader at Mbayani said he orders 50 to 100 gallons of Palm cooking oil and sells at a profit of more than K2,000 per gallon higher than when he buys the same cooking oil locally.<\/p>\n<p>Mazuwa said as a business person, they would want to maximize their profits hence opting for the Mozambique cooking oil.
