Renowned artist Elson Kambalu, was one of the people who were affected by the recent fire accident that razed down a market in Lilongwe. Kambalu had a hardware shop in the market.
The artist, who owns La Galleria in Lilongwe and has been in the forefront in helping uplifting the creative sector in the country, hailed friends for comforting him after the fire accident.
He said after the accident, he went on to create a painting titled Line 9: The Old Piano
