All roads in Lilongwe will lead to Bingu International Conference Centre today when the inaugural Ulaya Classic Bodybuilding Competition take place, with 55 local and international participants ready to display their physique, resilience and power.
The competitors, drawn from countries such as South Africa and Kenya, are set to compete in seven categories from 65 to 95 kilogrammes. Ladies will also compete for Miss Fitness crown.
Vice-President, Saulos Chilima, is expected to be the guest of honour for the event which fitness addict, Charles Ulaya (right), has organised to encourage people to pursue healthy lifestyles.
