Vanguard Life Assurance Company Limited has found itself in a double celebration after winning a global award at a time the company has clocked 15 years of operating as a life and pensions business in Malawi.
Vanguard Life Malawi managing director, Noah Mupfur utsa, disclosed in an interview that the company has just been named “Best Life Assurance Company in Malawi in 2015” by Global Banking and Finance based in the United Kingdom.
He said the award is prestigious and is given to an institution that has excelled in key aspects of its business during the course of the year.
“They look at a company that has the best client friendly products, best claims payment experience, god customer services amongst many other factors. Vanguard Life Assurance was picked as the best because we overwhelmingly qualified,” said Mupfurutsa.
He said the award means that Vanguard is a good and reliable company and encouraged existing and prospective customers as well as other stakeholders to have full confidence when dealing with the company as it has demonstrated to be the best.
Mupfurutsa said Vanguard is geared to perform even better in 2016
