Black Missionaries to take a break

Black Missionaries on Sunday performed at Ozone Refreshment Centre in Machinjiri, Blantyre. Their gig attracted an impressive audience.

During the show, the group’s lead vocalist Anjiru Fumulani announced that they would take a short break to rest having held more shows during the festive season.

Anjiru also said the break will give them time to reflect on the year 2015 and outline plans for 2016. He then hailed people for the support and apologised for the shows they failed to show up saying they are committed to make it up this year.

The reggae group also to time out to mourn the death of drummer Stanley Jere, who died in the early hours of Saturday at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre and was buried in Ndirande on Sunday.
